Looking forward to Samsung’s Sept. 3 event and the
Galaxy Note 4’s debut? Well you may not have to wait that long to get a
peek at Samsung’s new flagship phablet, as an image and brief video of
the device have reportedly leaked.
A brief video of the purported Note 4 has surfaced as well, showing a user trying to tap on the Note 4’s screen multiple times. Not much happens in the clip, but that’s likely due to the unit running prerelease software.
Rumors have suggested that the Galaxy Note 4 will retain its predecessor’s screen size, 5.7 inches, but bump the resolution up from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440. We’ve also been told to expect a Snapdragon 805 processor, and 16-megapixel rear camera. All of those features line up with what we’d expect from a flagship at the end of 2014, but we’ll have to wait until Sept. 3 to find out exactly what makes the new Note tick.
