Nigerian singer, Tuface Idibia now has two new properties in Lekki. With a five-bedroom duplex at Richmond Gate Estate, 2Face is one of the many prominent Nigerians who bought into the home plan of Haven Homes; a Lagos based Real Estate Company.
I don’t know if that is allowed but an official of Haven Homes who pleaded anonymity said the African queen crooner is now the owner of the two massive duplexes worth over N400 million.
Describing the luxury buildings, our source said it is a “five unit bedroom duplex with a gym, mini studio, two sitting rooms, terrace, among other personalised components”.
Officially opened on Saturday and Sunday, March 29 and 30, 2014, Haven Homes newest estate, Richmond Gate, Lekki, Lagos, has reportedly been sold out as more and more celebs desire to own a property there. “The real estate company even has a fresh list of subscribers waiting for another two years to acquire their units.” 2Face declined comments when he was called. Haven Homes, when contacted, also said they don’t disclose the identity of their clients, though they admitted opening the new luxury estate worth billions of Naira.
Tuface already has property in Festac, Ikeja and Lagos Island. Estate valuers said the music star might be targeting a property empire in excess of over N2 billion in five years. Innocent Ujah Idibia (2Face) also runs Hypertek, an entertainment company and record label, owns Rumours Lounge in Ikeja and FESTAC, among other business interests.
Not yet satisfied, the Benue-born artiste, Zain Ambassador and father of seven children, has now acquired two more five-bedroom duplexes in a luxury estate in the highbrow Lekki axis of Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial and entertainment capital.
